Abstract
SUMMARY
Persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous (PHPV) is an uncommon condition, presenting clinically as leukokoria (white papillary reflex), micro-ophthalmia, and cataract. Bilateral PHPV is rare. Most important differential diagnosis is retinoblastoma, which can be differentiated by imaging features.
