SUMMARY

Purpose: Study of the influence of hypertension on the changes of the vascular structure of ocular retina after
binding of the renal artery.

Material and methods
Investiqations were carried out on 10 shinshilla rabbits.

Results and discussion
After binding of the renal artery the ischemia, increase of arterial pressure and
hemodynamic changes were observed and as result the impairment of the blood supply of retina was noted.
