SUMMARY

Based on clinical investigations and anamnesis of patient diagnosis of incomplete form of disease of Vogt-
Koyanagi-Harada syndrome was made.
This case from our practice by our opinion is of important clinical interest due to uncommon clinical presentation
and rarity of incomplete form which made diagnosis more difficult.
