SUMMARY
We introduce two patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy with premacular hemorrhage. Both of them were undergone the posterior hyaloidotomy using “green” Nd: doubled frequenced YAG laser coagulator. During the hrst month in both patients there were noticed full recovery of vision and resolving ofhemorrhage.
